We have recently assisted a well-known Mediterranean tug operator and its local lawyers acquire an interest in a large Greek fleet of tugs and salvage vessels, which acquisition involved extensive negotiations for the purchase of shares in a string of ‘one ship’ companies and the establishment of a new JV to operate the vessels.
The relevant contracts and agreements are subject to English law and the transaction value exceeded EUROS 20 million.
