We have just obtained a LCIA Arbitration Award for one of our energy contactor clients which provides a range of pipeline inspection services to oil and gas pipeline operators around the world.
This dispute involved amounts due to our clients in connection with inspection works undertaken and integrity reports for different gas and fuel pipelines in China. Our clients were entirely successful, being awarded 100% of their claim, plus interest and all of their legal costs.
