For the last few months we have been assisting a South American/UK group made up of a scientist, a manufacturing business, a marketing business and a distributor, put together a new venture for the development, manufacture and sale of a ground breaking sanitizing concentrate which protects against and inhibits Covid Viruses, Fungi and Bacteria. Our role has been to advise upon and construct the legal framework for the project and to prepare the key legal documents, including complex long term Joint Venture, Profit Sharing and Distribution Agreements.
The sanitizing product has been approved for use and is due for released in the UK shortly.
