We have recently completed two interesting corporate acquisition projects for different clients.
We advised a client acquiring a significant interest in a well-known UK marine brokerage business which sells new and used yachts and power boats. The corporate structure of the share acquisition was complex, with holding companies, share sub-divisions and assets swaps but the project was successfully completed on time and budget for the client.
Elsewhere we negotiated and advised upon the acquisition of prestigious London office space for an overseas corporate client in the rewards/media sectors, as part of the group’s UK expansion activities.
